I asked Madeline about that a month or two ago, for one ordered then,

I was looking a while back and it looked like the latest deliveries had
been ordered about a year earlier.

I’m getting serious about a new rig. Has anyone recently ordered a K4D and

Many thanks!

Great video and impressive activations! Missed a lot of rigs, too busy looking

Same here. I think it's the K3, and I think it's normal.

A very easy solution is at hand in most of our tool boxes, a label

Don't like the label you see, customize it. hihi

It was technically an attack on your reason for disliking "KEY OUT", not
you! I try to be careful to attack ideas, not people.

Any way you slice it, "KEY OUT" is a fine label.

Well, at least I managed to precipitate something all too rare on the
Internet these days, unanimity. And only one of the responses went
beyond disagreeing, to attack me personally - that's progress of a sort.

Ahoj Petr,
I have a similar problem with my K3s. Drive power for the amp is 20 to 25w and
the power spike is always around 70w. Elecraft had the radio for three months
and claimed they could not reproduce the fault. I discovered later that it only
occured when I was in CW QRQ mode and that I

Pete,
That seems like a really snobby reason to dislike "key out", which is a
clear and common term for the connector that tells downstream components in
the signal path when the radio is transmitting. Our hobby will not implode
if one bit of vocabulary overlaps with CB.
In my mind: A key (or
