Actually you can only do stereo diversity currently with the FLEX-6700that helps overcome selective fading. Phase cancellation(null forming) is a feature we are planning on adding to SmartSDR for the FLEX-6700 at a future date. Tim Ellison, W4TME Customer Experience Manager FlexRadio

The Anan (more correctly, the PowerSDR OpenHPSDR) is using the same null forming algorithm that we developed for the FLEX-5000 with the RX2. So we are very familiar with this feature and how it works. If you have aFLEX-5000 + RX2 with the latest version ofPowerSDR, you can do the same thing

Mike is right, you can do null forming with a FLEX-5000 if the RX2 is installed and you have two separate antennas you can use; one for transceive and the other one connected to the RX2 as a RX only antenna. Tim Ellison, W4TME Customer Experience Manager FlexRadio Systems™ 4616 W Howard Ln,

Steve Yes, it is clearly understood in the demonstration that they are using two antennas. That is how I use it with the MFJ-1026 noise cancel device - a main antenna and a second noise antenna, where the noise on the second antenna is as strong as.. or stronger than, the main antenna…that is
