Have you forgotten me lolI know you said you were busy Monday but you did
say you would get back to me that day.
I did all that you requested and still the radio shuts right down the second I
key up. I have tried 3 different runs of coax
and antennas and with the same results.

software shuts down or locks up (again, big difference between shutting
down and locking up)?

You need to submit a HelpDesk ticket. Using the reflector is not the
most effective way to assist you. I recommend you submit a support
ticket via our HelpDesk (https://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/en-us) so one
of our Support Engineers can assign you a case number and investigate
the issue
