When I use a Windows 7 disk to upgrade, will the existing installation

I am currently running
XP-mode will only work with Win 7 Professional, Ultimate, and Enterprise.
Also, any old 16 bit programs that worked fine in XP will not work in Win
7.

That looks like an appropriate path to take. There are actually a few
other files if you use memories: master.xml and memory.xml
These are both located at: %appdata%/FlexRadio Systems(Note that this
is a symlink that will get you right to YOUR specific file store area.)
