Yeah, the Samsung XL2370 has a problem
I have a couple of the newer (2010) 19 Samsungs and they are as quiet
as the grave so I assume their problems have been licked.
I also have a couple of Viewsonics, likewise silent.

I have had very good luck using Samsung monitors with my Flex 5000 and
currently have an LED Synchmaster SA300 (21.5 widescreen 16:9)
installed at the operating position. It's perfectly quiet on receive and
although it has the electronic soft-touch buttons it does not flinch

I have two 24 inch Asus, which have no RFI. They're on sale at Newegg for $170

I run a couple 26 ASUS VK266H monitors for a couple years now along
with 3 older samsung 17 and 19 inch monitors

Yeah, the Samsung XL2370 has a problem with that. The buttons on the front
I have two LED LCD LGs they don't put out any noise but are subject to RF
egress ferrites on the cabling seem to improve this issue. My cheap Acer
21.5 inch LCD is silent and has no RF egress issues.
