some other problems as the user records are not at all being deleted.
See the configuration: reset = never means never reset
I tried that but that accounting file is in binary or some other
encrypted format. Will you please let me know about how to delete that
accounting record or how to convert that to simple text file ( which
would make easy deleting expired records) .

The server isn't running as user radiusd/radiusd. Fix that.

Do you need to use rlm_counter? If not, you can simply delete the rlm_counter
directory and run configure again then make, or delete rlm_counter from the
MODULES item in Make.inc, and run make again.
The problem is that the compiler can't find gdbm.h. It may not be installed on
your system

gdbm.h) because I only want to test the proxy functionality of freeradius.
But, after this I have installed freeradius 1.0.5 in another solaris 8
