Dropping private list for previously mentioned reason. In order for us to accept the Takari Maven Plugin, it's currently EPL v1. We allow these to be distributed in binary form. For us to accept the plugin, I would expect an SGA from Takari allowing the relicensing. The Maven Wrapper i think is
