Podlings are allowed some leeway. Ideally, you should aim to eventually
rename your binary artifacts to include Apache KIE branding. I think it
should be ok to make an initial release with the existing naming,

I'm not enthusiastic about the change but no against it either. For me, I
think the bigger issue is that some new podlings are not doing enough
verification of their repos and docs and proactively getting their mentors
to review the situation before bringing the release to the IPMC.
That is not a valid DISCLAIMER-WIP.
Please read https://incubator.apache.org/policy/incubation.html

The Incubator PMC prefers that git commit ids are included in the vote

Hi everyone,
Apache Pekko is receiving a donation of an AWS SPI.
The AWS SPI is used to make client calls to AWS APIs and is built
using Apache Pekko HTTP. We use the AWS SPI in a few of the Apache
Pekko Connectors.
Please vote to approve this contribution.

I don't think this is required for a podling release. Reporter tool

The releases have to be announced on mailing lists including this one

I think the various issues that have been raised on this thread are already
addressed or can be addressed soon. The project seems ready to graduate.
Best of Luck.

Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if podlings should include some details about their
security issues [1] in their 3 podling reports. We won't want to
release information about any security issues that are still under
investigation or where the fix is not yet released. I still think
there is little harm

Hi Ismaël,
Could you make a request to join the Incubator PMC? ASF members will
be accepted into the PMC. It's just that podling mentors need to be
part of the PMC.
Requests are made to the priv...@incubator.apache.org list.

PJ

Hi everyone,
Just in case, things seem a little behind with the setup of the podling
reporting for December (i.e. the cwiki page hasn't been setup).
It looks like these podlings need to report based on having reported in
September.

I've also never seen the multi-release classes in a dir like
paimon-plugin-s3/META-INF/versions/ - I've only ever seen them in
META-INF/versions dir (ie no paimon-plugin-s3 dir in the dir tree).
