Hi Everyone -
One of my users is getting this error when trying to send to a recipient
outside of our server. I did a little searching and found that it could be
a) their server is simply refusing mail from our server, or b) the person
who is sending the message has an issue with their domain
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused
550 means,usually that they are blocking it.

The mail server clearly states error code 550 5.7.1 at end of data.
A) See RFC 1893 for 5.7.1
X.7.1 Delivery not authorized, message refused
The sender is not authorized to send to the destination.
This can be the result of per-host or per-recipient
