Actually I have heard of Some big ISPs doing this with servers in china that
host websites for spammers. Basically when their DNS servers get a query the
check the Blackhole and return a invalid IP if it is on the list.

You may actually need to setup a Shared Disk Array, like fibre channel,
which would make the computer believe that it was its own personal HD, and
besides the performance is WAY better than a network share.
The only problem is concurrency, if an email comes in to the same account on

I don't know if this will help you at all, but I have looked briefly at a

Is there a way to make it so that Imail will only allow incomming mail?
I would like to set it up to use us as incoming(pop3) but make them use
their ISP to send(Our ISP is OK with us hosting mail, but doesn't want us to
SEND mail thru our server.)

Quite Frankly I think that If you do it often(which is really the only
reason it would be needed) it seems to me the script is quite a bit easier.
Put Script on desktop, double click when needed, rather than needing to open

You may want to try SSL certs from freeSSL.com, they have certs for $35, or
you could buy a wildcard cert for $149(i believe) and use
*.webmail.hostdomain.com
and use seperate subdomains for each host,
domain1.webmail.hostdomain.com
domain2.webmail.hostdomain.com
domain3.webmail.hostdomain.com

I am sorry but this is like finding that a bomb sent by the unibomber was
sent from LA and thus deciding that you will throw away all mail sent from
LA.
It is EASY to lookup who owns(or is responsible) for a specific IP, and thus
contact them about the spam, which you seem to indicate you DON'T
The fact I find amazing is that you don't even block the closest range
containing the IPs spamming you(with the assumption they are in use by the
same entity).
You block an entire class C and possibly dozens of innocent subranges
because of the spam from 1 of the subranges.
And you can say It's
