Only mail going to SENT box should be from the user himself. So a cheap, near
100% (but not perfect) fix is to have him log into his web account, put in a
filter to delete any msg not coming FROM his address (SELECT FIELD = From /
check Doesn't Contain / PHRASE = his address). This should work
I jumped too quick. The filter needs to be a little more complicated than what
I first wrote. It needs two conditions - first, look at the TO field, Contains
Sent, then Boolean AND the condition suggested below.
Otherwise everything will get deleted.
FROM doesn't contain {users address}

In Imail Administrator, look under the general settings for the domain,
there is an option called sub-mailbox creation, change the setting to either
bounce or go

with this and if the user has the sub mailbox already created (most of my
webmail user opt to save their sent items) then it will not bounce but if they try
one that hasn't been createdthen
