I search on the list about where the users can find the amount of space
their inbox is using, but i didn't find it.
in the support page of ipswitch it says that the info must appear in the
webmail interface, but not in mine
any help would be appreciated
thanks

I'm a little nervous about upgrading IMail from 2006.1 to 2006.2 and
want to make sure I do it correctly. I downloaded the upgrade and have
read through the release notes and don't see any specific instructions
for installing the upgrade. For example, do I need to shut down the
IMail services
I believe that you must have a limit set on the user's account, say 100MB
for example, and then it will show up. This has been my experience with
IMail 9.2.

Make sure you upgrade to 2006.21. The install is simple and will restart
both Imail and IIS services for you.

There's a point. I went to the Ipswitch Download Upgrades web page and
it only specifies 2006.2 - do I need to do something else to get 2006.21
or is that what I downloaded?
Thanks

Oops, looks like it has not been publicly released yet as the documentation
is being finalized.
Wait a couple of days if you can.

Is it possible to have a public address book for each domain? If so, how do
I create one?

Sorry for the off-topic post, but with the expertise on this list I'm hoping
for some advice if anyone has a minute.
We are in need for some new backup software for our network (about 8 Windows
2003 servers). We had been using ArcServe (version 9, they are now on 11)

Backup Exec System Recovery Server is hands down the best software out
there. Note that this is not traditional Backup Exec, but a re-branded
product that they purchased from PowerQuest about 5 years ago and used
to be sold as Live State Recovery.
It is both bare-metal recovery, and
