You can use the whitelist on the SMTP service for this purpose. Also as a
clarification the sending server has to cross the invalid user threshold in one
connection. For emails with less than that number of addresses it shouldn't
make a difference as each message should be a different

the message. Why not try to send a test message to them yourself using SMTP

Dave,
If you mean 8.15 then the Relay for addresses is in your SMTP service
setup under the security tab. You will see the realy settings and one of
them is relay for with an addresses button to the right of it.

Actually , if you look through the SMTP log for ERR 005 and use the
process ID to identify the file pair you can remove the files and
eliminate them being processed and crashing the QM each time
