gets large that if their pop is set to grab between 1-5 minutes that it
will try to run multiple instances because the first instance isn't
finished yet causing it to populate their inbox with multiple of the

Is there a way to set up a user through Imail or client to only send and/or
receive email from others on the same domain, so they can have access to
e-mail their managers in the office, but not have e-mail access incoming or
outgoing to the rest of the world?
Thanks,

Ok, if you had to explain to an end user in simple terms why your email
server didn't return them any notification back when they sent an email to a
list from their outlook address book that had a bad address in it what would
you tell them?

I need to send out an email to our policy holders. I was thinking about
using imail1.exe to do it. I have created a batch file that will process
all the emails exactly the way I want to send them, but I fear I will
overload my smtp processes and/or the server. approx. 1000 imail1.exe

Go figure. Had to change over to a 3com card this morning after it worked
fine all weekend.
Does anyone else find this unacceptable?
Just wondering.

Question/Problem: Every time someone checks their mailbox with POP3 it
causes my server to reboot.
Try a 3com card. Imail is notorious for being picky on the nic

Is the list server down? Just checking. I haven't had a message for over 24
hours.
On the first note, I have done that twice ;)
Deleted from imail admin, made sure directory structure was deleted from
under lists, and made sure everything was removed from the registry.
Second checks out if I understand it right, we do not have to worry about
that.

I have a list that when a reply is made to a email that was sent out to the
list, it goes to the [EMAIL PROTECTED]
It was previously going to the original sender to the list.
I created a test list and set it up exactly the same and it sends the reply
to the original sender to the list and not
to list vs reply to
sender.
