You have to make modifications to Outlook 2003. What Travis described is
the only way I could fix the issue as well. Luckily we just installed it on
a few people's machines rather than a full Office 2k3 rollout. THAT would
have been a complete nightmare.

I guess they're doing this on a domain by domain basis? Because I've seen

Hi All,
I had a very strange problem that for the life of me I can't figure out.
We just upgraded to ICS last week, and have Declude 3.0.5.5. Both running
on a 2k3 server with ample processor and memory. Yesterday morning I got a
warning stating that mail wasn't able to be delivered, etc.
I'd try something non Outlook or OE related, perhaps Thunderbird and see
if it still happens. I doubt it's IMail if it comes up fine in webmail.

My company is currently wanting to add a disclaimer footer to all outgoing

Hi All,
I'm having an issue with mail being delivered multiple times, but only to

IPSwitch says that it's because our mail server does not have a PTR record
of that PTR record in the event that it is not standard.

If this was an error with the connection, it wouldn't be happening
multiple times in the same way on the same message. It is likely not
your problem, and maybe beyond what you might be able to influence
outside of that PTR record in the event that it is not standard.
