I sent in a question to Imail support via their email web form and it took 4 days to get a response. In the meantime I had to call and resolve the issue over the phone. I have another question that I sent via email that I never received a response on. In the future I will only call for

Still no response from their regular support on this specific issue And the clock keeps ticking. Fortunately my MX is an ASSP box so I have blocked inbound SMTP(25) for everyone except known customers. Im watching my firewall logs and trying to catch the ones I missed. This whole absurd
