That's the problem. I do use SMTP auth. This is in addition to either No Mail Relay or Relay Mail for Addresses. So, all forms on the web pages fail because they do not have SMTP auth. The fact that they are local makes no difference. How many times can we go around on this? You

Because several of them are on DHCP DSL, we cannot authenticate on IP addresses. You wouldn't be able to authenticate based on the IP address that connects to your web server, no matter whether it were dynamic or static. IMail sees the IP address _of the web server that connects to
