That's correct albeit confusing behavior. The source package name is always linux-source-x.y.0 regardless of the actual (upstream) kernel version that it provides. If you really need upstream version 6.5.0 you need to install a specific/old version (6.5.0-5.5 in this case) of linux-source-6.5.0.
