I am trying to test out the master branch, and im noticing a major issue
with the .docx as well as the .doc import filters.
.docx im guessing is still not implemented, and if that is the case what
stage is it at before we will have support for working with .docx documents.

I can confirm i have seen this in building as well on 64bit, running gcc

I haven't worked with the wiki software that LO is using, but would it
be possible to add captcha's to signups? that makes it a lot harder for
bots to spam a site.

Daniel just a suggestion if its not already available in the current method.
I am not sure if you have worked with launchpad the ubuntu bug tracker,
but with it you have the ability to assign a bug to a team or user. Is
that something that could be implemented so that users who are signed up
This is some food for thought. Why not used the localized setup that the
system is running? Is that a possibility? If it is im sure that it will
cut back on the size big time.

Yep - though I don't really like the installer concept on mac, I
guess I'd then prefer to install all those langs unconditionally. If
that turns out to cause issues, we can discuss other options.
Thorsten I have seen on mac some installers that allow you to specify
which drive to install on.
For patches to make it into the now stable 3.3.0 branch it would need
approval of 3 developers. Once that is done the patch is pushed to the
stable branch
