The current libicudata is about 15MB, but it doesn't need
to be that large. We can probably get it down to 5MB
or less. I took a bit of time on this.
1) The configuration files needed to modify what is actually
in icudata are NOT included in the package in libreoffice's repository.
A real source
I believe Child is simply an English borrowed word. Childs is
not German, and since it is borrowed from English, I believe it is
also just as correct German to use Children instead of Childs.
Therefore, the change does not break the German, and shouldn't
break any decent translator. I believe

years. My German is pretty decent, but probably not fluent.
