I dig my rosemary plants every fall and bring them inside. Rosemary is very
particular about water. They aren't happy if they are wet and they will
quickly die if they dry out after transplanting. The leaves will mildew if
they are too wet. I would cut it back. If you have the time,

temperature shocks. It’s a Mediterranean plant, which has a temperate climate.
