I think there is a lot of speculation about HCA . It is important to know what is clear and not speculative. Once Lincoln rezones any land it is by rights changed forever ( "in perpetuity" ) and can be developed to a great density. Once we have given that away, we can no longer get it back.

Hi Everyone - Just curious if anyone else experienced the loud bass, microphoned voices and general ruckus starting around 9:30 last night? We reluctantly called police… The dogs were disturbed; we were trying to get to sleep. it sounded like people yelling right outside the bedroom window.
