I got my Playstation 3 eye today and I'm a little bit confused.
Sony writes in their PS3-manual, that you can use any UVC-compatible webcam
with their PS3. Also they sell their own cam, which ist not UVC-compliant ?

I'm working on a system which utilizes a large number of webcams. Almost
everything works fine (capturing, settings controls etc) except that
only my application achieves only 15fps per camera. I've tried disabling
the auto exposure and setting the exposure manually but this doesn't
