In a German-speaking wiki using MW1.20.2, I created a few extra namespaces in
the localSettings, as for instance
$wgExtraNamespaces[104] = Intern;
$wgExtraNamespaces[105] = Intern Diskussion;
define('NS_INTERN', 104);
define('NS_INTERN_TALK', 105);
