For the comment #3 URL, is the breaking the
line breaks in the URL. This could be how the
original data is formatted.
Examination of the raw mail data is required.

The work around for this is - for us - is to detect and kill off this type of
broken at serving time. So not so critical from my perspective.

This is a limitation of SPAMMODE, and the related resources
that allows one to rewrite addresses.
There is the 'nourl' filter option for m2h_text_plain::filter
which will disable the creation of links in text messages, but
using it may make
