umount via DUID does not work currently - this will be fixed shortly
after the next release freeze has ended.
Will that also include shutdown of softraid via DUID? e.g.,
bioctl -d DUID
Or is this not even possible?
Thanks,
Andy

Hi Matthias
I dont know if this is any help to you,
but I managed to get my php/mysql running by following
the guide at:
http://www.h-i-r.net/2009/10/oamp-openbsd-46-chroot-apache-mysql-php.html
it worked for 5.2 as well.
From that information I also made a small startup script:

Hello,
I use a KVM switch to control various computers, including my OpenBSD

If I boot with console attached to the OpenBSD computer, it works well,
I'm able to control it, login, etc.
But when I switch to another computer, then back to OpenBSD, I get

Would this be something that offering a method to burn a USB stick would
also work with?
Maybe burn a CD version and reboot off of the CD and install into a USB

Hello I am wondering if there is a tool similar to FreeBSD-update on

OpenBSD is all about KISS (simplicity) -- have you tried running the bi-

Yes, System Administrator I have had a look at the FAQ the reason I am

programming services under openbsd?

Why not make it a ports/package then?
