I can't open the pcap right now, but, looking at the logs, it seems
that we're speaking the right
Since we get valid replies (when we get any), I'm assuming we're
speaking the right 'dialect' and using the right (or an almost right)
serial-over-USB implementation.
Apparently, after a successful query, it takes the device ~10 seconds
to reply (see how, when trying to read the reply to the 'QS'
What's the output of the 'blazer_usb' driver launched with a debug
level of 3 (i.e. `/usr/lib/ups/driver/blazer_usb -DDD -a infosec`)?
Also, can you, please, try the 'nutdrv_qx' driver?

It is meant to 'cycle', it's working correctly.
When you run the driver normally (i.e. not in debug mode), you don't
see all that output (plus, after having established a connection with
the device, the driver goes into
