Here's the scenario,
I've installed and am running mySQL on my machine
I've installed Apache and have ran it and seen the page in IE confirming correct
setup.
I've installed PHP4 from a CGI binary distribution at the following location
c:\Php\
and have been following a tutorial on

pegc AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .phtml .html
pegc AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps
pegc Action application/x-httpd-php /Php/php.exe
Check for mismatched cases in httpd.conf.
