Installing the web server will create a folder on your
hard drive with pre-made web pages. Find this directory.
This is where you'll want to put your PHP files.
You can access your personal server by opening your
web browser and giving the address of
http://localhost
If you put files in the
What address are you using the run the program?
Try using http://localhost/hello.php and see if that works. I don't use IIS, so I
couldn't tell you anything relating to configuration.
