[pymvpa] disable libsvm output

it somewhat depends on the version of libsvm you use... any recent Debian-shipped version has control over output, the version we ship along with pymvpa also had that patch applied. libsvm releases = 2.89 also has the ability to control output (you would need most recent pymvpa release though
