Looks like a fun ride. I think Riv riders are some of the nicest people
around.

Congratulations. Isn’t the first ride magical? The good news is that magic
feeling doesn’t go away. Happy riding.

Tall guy!
If you’re in NJ or eastern PA, Delaware area you’re welcome to try my bike.
At that height, you might be able to do a 60. It is pretty big though. I’m
5’7”. Maybe my pbh is 82? It’s one of those two numbers. I’ll post pics
and measurements when I can get to my bike.

Welcome.
I use the heel to pedal method also for saddle height, and modify as needed.
My PBH is also 83 and I ride a 55 Platypus, which is perfect. Years ago I
test rode a 60 Cheviot and it was way too big. I think 55 is your size.

Thanks John for doing this.
That is Ana’s purple Riv and I believe that story is true. I only dream of
a custom mixte.

My pin is in Philadelphia, PA! I don't see it, so I'm guessing you either
approve, or it takes a bit to update.
Thank you, John.

Congratulations! You'll be riding it more than you ever though you would.

Although I'm sure you'll be heartbroken IF the bike disappears, since it
was your Dad's originally, you can physically replace it.

I love it. Like riding on sunshine.
Like Leah, you and bike are color coordinated. And, you have the BEST
reason for being absent from social media.
