Huh, when did that amazon tutorial come out? It says it was published by CreateSpace. Did William do that? There is still an old tutorial up on lulu.com, and that (lulu) was what I was going to use, but maybe CreateSpace is better. I'll check it out. Will the rest/sphynx conversion affect
