Yes, Personal Folders\Inbox is where all my new email arrives. If it's
spam, I highlight and move it to a folder I created under the Inbox.
Initially, I moved it to the folder SpamBayes created, named Junk E-

There is no evidecne in the log that spambayes is seeing any new items
appear in the listed folders. Outlook can be a little confusing, especially
with an Exchange based account - are you sure that Personal Folders\Inbox
is really where your new mails are arriving, and not some other inbox?

access to the original source of the message, and although it goes to some
effort to synthesize it, there will be differences between how an identical
mail is tokenized between Outlook and other tools. I've no idea how much

Spambayes 1.0.4 POP3 proxy. If you use the proxy, read on.

things manually, that is unlikely to work any more. You could try closing
Outlook before atempting to delete the remaining files, then follow the
spambayes troubleshooting guide for details on how to clean up the
toolbar.
This is a pain, and a constant source of questions on this mailing list.
Spambayes offers no facilities to help avoid this, but we would welcome any
contributions towards that goal. The spambayes-dev mailing list is probably
the appropriate place to discuss how such a feature should be
