If I utrestart -c both members, utgstatus reports all members Up on
both members. After some time, they go back to showing no U flag.

We just rolled out RHEL in our other office and we have it working with a
patched Flash 9.

Looks like it was the multicast. I used utgmtarget to switch to unicast and it
worked perfectly. I did not turn off multicast in auth.props ... I'll go that
tomorrow as suggested.
