Looks like the patch above was included in the release build, but it is
insufficient to make the package work - it still trivially crashes when
creating a docker client. E.g. `import docker; docker.from_env()`
crashes due to the urllib3 incompatibility.

I notice earlier in this issue, people were mentioning "pkg-
resources==0.0.0", whereas I'm seeing "pkg_resources==0.0.0". That's

Also, this "pkg_resources==0.0.0" seems to show up specifically when
installing a *different version* of pip -- not necessarily the *latest*
version. Here
This is an issue for me as well, on Pop_OS.
I created a virtualenv from the python3 I got from `apt install python3`, using
`-m venv`.
Inside that virtualenv, `pip freeze` does not show `pkg_resources==0.0.0` until

When "Test" button is pressed (RU: "Проверить"), the window "Speaker
testing" (RU: "Проверка динамиков") becomes wider.
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
In Russian localization "ru_RU".
Start mate-volume-control, click on "Hardware" tab (RU: "Оборудование"), then
on the

I will try the workarounds like
Setting "gensec:require_pac=true" in the smb.conf makes the
DOMAIN\user lookup succeed, due to a cache prime in winbind, provided
nss_winbind is in use and no error paths are hit.

The issue is pretty simple: using Nvidia X Sever Settings GUI to switch
