Yes, I have check my /etc/apt/sources.list for unofficial repositories.
There was none of them.
The problem was that I have used one of unofficial repository some time
before upgrading to 9.04. This repository contains more recent libgnutls
then 8.10 official repositories. After my experiments
I can't reproduce this bug on jaunty.

I think that your /etc/apt/sources.list could contain not only Ubuntu official
