[Bug 983254] Re: Unity use ibus explicitly, make it impossible to use other input method

2012-07-09 Thread missyou11
@Ma Xiaojun: Yes, most IMs on Win/Mac won't replace the IMF; it is because they themselves aren't one. And I think an IM on Win call 万能五笔 which is independent from the system's IM framework. And, I don't think it is a must for an IMF to ask the user before they replace some part of the system.

[Bug 685235] [NEW] Double click doesn't work when selecting a selection under Awesome window manager

2010-12-04 Thread missyou11
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: shutter After I selected an area, double clicking does nothing, only pressing Enter works. Other things like selecting and moving works fine. In the past when I am using Gnome, double clicking worked. My system is Ubuntu 10.10 and shutter's version is

@Serrano Pereira: Yes, that's why I switched to Awesome. I don't remember when it started. I can only tell that's before July 17th, on which day I had recorded this weird behavior. And there might be some days before I recorded it. I can't reproduce it now, because I've switched to the nouveau

[Bug 578281] Re: Add search plugin for Baidu

2010-07-21 Thread missyou11
I strongly disagree to make Baidu as default. For a Ubuntu user in China, Baidu, for the most time, is *useless*. Baidu does know better in some aspect, but most Linux users won't need in this aspect too much. Baidu do not know well about technology, especially Linux-related ones, and do not know

@Olivier Guéry I tried again and nothing has changed. But I notice that my error output is a little different: Gdk:ERROR:/build/buildd/gtk+2.0-2.18.3/gdk/x11/gdkinput-xfree.c:336:_gdk_input_grab_pointer: assertion failed: (input_window != NULL) and the Inkscape's version is pre4 instead of
