When I install Xubuntu or Ubuntu Studio and select 'Chinese
(Traditional)' during installation, fcitx is installed automatically and
used as the default IME.
For a user looking for ready-to-use media production suite, Ubuntu
Studio is the most natural choice. (BTW, Ubuntu Kylin is targeted for
As fcitx is not included in any flavor of Ubuntu (except Ubuntu Kylin)
by default, I'm not sure it is worth increasing the ISO image size to
accommodate this.
As such, for Chinese users who wish to use Ubuntu Studio's benefits in
their native language input, I'd recommend installing Ubuntu Kylin

'cangjie' is listed as a package, but in fact it's a null package, and
'cangjie3' itself is a installable package. Please see the attached
