I was thinking one day of just having a set up where I sit in front on the
i-Sight-equipped
MacBook for three minutes and talk about some subject of the day. So after
thinking and
thinking about it, I did it. The rule for me is that it can't be longer than
three minutes and I

I think all of
us should make some contribution to this effort, or if you run a video
distribution company
like Grouper, Blip.tv, etc., start your own version of the YouTube initiative.
