I found an existing project (Ubuntu Hardy) doing translation effort for
Pidgin
(https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/pidgin/+pots/pidgin).
I hope it's okay to submit here, rather than creating a new template and
starting over.
