Hi,

Anyone familiar with HelpConsole 2008 to create help and knowledge bases willing to share their experiences? It looks interesting, but there appears to be a surprising lack of user info out there.

What do you like about it? Can you easily share contents across projects? How hard is it to make moderate changes to the templates if you're not a hardcore web/css developer? Is the PDF output acceptable for print docs or does it require a lot of rework? What don't you like about it, or which features that are important to you are missing?

thanks,
deborah
