These currently appear on the phone on the Apps scope and on the Software Store scope, and are translatable at: https://translations.launchpad.net/software-center-agent/trunk/+pots/click-feed Note that these translations are server-side, which means they are not shipped in language packs or app-specific click packages. Instead, they are uploaded to a database on the server. The server is set up for rolling releases, so the translations are updated with a reasonable cadence.
