Try first to clean duplicates with: dnf removes --duplicates

I'll personally call it like that to see what would be done, answer no
to the question, then call it with nohup and -y. Example:

  nohup dnf -y removes --duplicates >& /var/tmp/rm-dups &

I do the same for "dnf update".
