This is certainly information I could have done with receiving before! Thankyou very much for pointing me to it. I only heard about it in the last day or so, and I did wonder if it would prevent me logging the issue with our strings.
I'm filling it out now, as best I can (I can't handwrite), and will email it immediately.

Very prudent. I can't use the phone, but I wouldn't include it in email, except to friends and family. You will get phone-spammed otherwise. ;)
