Hi Maxim,

your response is great. 

I am a little bit lost with installing this quickstart (very much my fault as I 
am using maven 99% within eclipse). 

I cloned the git repro and tried to start building in the main directory as 
well as in the quickstart dir. Both worked for a while and downloaded  but then 
I got a  BUILD FAILURE Could not find goal 'create' in plugin 
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-archetype-plugin:3.2.1
I know that is my problem and has probably nothing to do with wicket, however I 
am stuck somehow...
