If you have made all the necessary changes for vpopmail's vchpwd, qmail-pop3d is running happily, it all looks ok, and you are sure there are no errors in your scripts, then ( and as all the others would tell you ) .. what do the logs say? Anything getting in the way? Are you able to access the mail boxes via qmailadmin or webmail via imap ( if you have these installed)?
