Looking at episode 6, it's a little over the data rate limit for 320 x 240 ipod video. But since it came out of the quicktime ipod preset, I have to assume that its low-complexity baseline profile, which theoretically means it COULD play fine on ipods that have current firmware allowing them to play the 640 x 480 h.264 stuff (the spec is a little unclear on that). Maybe apple upped the data rate limit on the 320x240 preset after 640x480 support came out?
