You can use this as a workaround for now, I opened xcat bug
https://sourceforge.net/p/xcat/bugs/3214/ for this issue, you can track the
responses from development team and what we do in this bug.

Yes, this helps. After removing perl-Socket6 and perl-IO-Socket-INET6 no
patch is needed.
