This project will be used for the development of the OpenJDK
Community Innovators' Challenge proposal of the name
"Implement XRender pipeline for Java2D" sent to the openjdk
challenge list [1].
I propose this project be sponsored by the OpenJDK 2d-dev group.
I volunteer to be the moderator of the project.
