Please review this small change. It adds java/awt/font/Rotate/RotatedFontTest.java to the jdk ProblemList (for linux ). Reason is that the test RotatedFontTest.java ( recently added to jdk11 ) still fails on some Linux machines . ( to track this there is https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8244518 )
